Ishtar has been an IWFS London favourite Turkish restaurant for decades. It continues to be one of the most popular Turkish restaurants in the city and consistently receives very good reviews including several from Time Out. The quality of their food is excellent, service is attentive but not oppressive and the ambience is convivial. Ishtar was the ancient “Sumero-Babylonian” goddess of fertility, love and light, and the restaurant says “this is reflected in our food”. Ishtar serves modern and traditional Turkish food.
IWFS London Branch has negotiated a remarkable IWFS member price of £59.00 for the menu, with wine from the top end of their wine list including Chateau Musar.
