Bordeaux Wine Region Tour!

Every wine lover has their favourite wine region somewhere in the world. But consensus is that no other place shouts ‘Fine Wine’ as Bordeaux. So it’s only fitting that IWFS Capital Branch should be heading there to explore the region and its captivating features, if only for a few days.

We will be based in the city of Bordeaux, making day trips out to the Haut Medoc (Pauillac, Margaux, St Julien), St Emilion, and Graves to tour some of the leading classified chateaux. And naturally, we will have selected some of the best restaurants in the area to fill our bellies. As an added feature, our trip will coincide with the annual Bordeaux Fête le Vin – the Bordeaux Wine Festival (Bordeaux Wine Festival - 19-22 June 2025 in Bordeaux), which will give the area a particularly festive buzz. The Gironde estuary will run red with perfumed cassis that week!
