When it comes to finding world class French charcuterie in the UK, Brexit isn’t a problem - thanks to talent like George Jephson. He’s a Brit based in London whose talents in charcuterie rival the best of France. He was the UK representative at the Grand Finale of the Championnat du Monde de Pâté-Croûte in Lyon in December 2023.  Come and experience his offerings for yourself! The Master Charcutièr will be joining us to talk about his passion for the craft and guide us through the charcuterie process. We offer a carefully curated and richly satisfying variety of charcuterie, together with mixed leaf salad, new potatoes and a selection of pickles. The charcuterie will be paired with an eclectic assortment of drinks - ranging from wine to cider to Madeira to IPAs to artisanal spirits.
