Master Wine Blender – You!

Ever thought about the art of wine blending? What better way to learn than having a go at it yourself, and with a Master of Wine at hand to guide you along!

Chateau Haut Breton Larigaudiere (Bordeaux) have bottled the components of their 2014 vintage separately for each of us to blend ourselves. We try two Cabernet Sauvignons, two Merlots and a Petit Verdot from different barrels. Armed with a syringe and an empty glass, your job is to beat their blend! To finish, we try 2 blind reds and, armed with this latest tasting experience, you can try to guess the percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon.
