IWFS Capital Branch and Flavour&Some are proud to have jointly presented a truly unique gastronomic experience. The offering? A signature 7-course international tasting menu paired with a bespoke curated saké journey - in the intimate environment of a private home.


The menu was creations of chef Adam Thomason, whose culinary roots include world-renowned 3*Michelin restaurant Noma (yes, that one in Copenhagen) and 2*Michelin restaurant Sat Bains. The food was prepared and served supper club style with an open kitchen. The evening was hosted by his creative partner – performing artist Eileih Muir.


As an added dimension, the menu was crafted around the delicate complexities of thoughtfully selected premium saké, in a myriad of styles. The bottles was presented by purveyor Sake Collective. Whether sparkling, clear, unpasteurized, or aged, the drink had everyone discover its versatility to be paired with contemporary international food.


All told, we experienced exquisite and mind-bending gastronomic flavours, much lively conversation, a few sensory surprises, and a deep, long lasting connection with the evening.
